BSP provides coverage to virtually all subject areas related to business, including management, marketing, economics, finance, accounting, and international business. In addition to covering the major scholarly business journals, BSP also covers company reports, SWOT analyses, working papers, country reports, industry reports and other searchable categories like case studies, book reviews, product reviews, speeches, and interviews. This database is the exclusive online provider of many major journals like the Harvard Business Review, but it does not contain the fulltext of the Wall Street Journal (see Factiva for WSJ). [more]

EIU Country Data
EIU Country Data (through the Economist Intelligence Unit) is a source of economic indicators and forecasts providing data series on economic structure, foreign payments, external debt stock, external debt service, external trade, trends in foreign trade, and quarterly indicators. The data covers 115 countries with extensive data - over 700,000 data points -- with most data going back to 1980 with forecasts several years in the future. EIU Country Profiles
EIU Country Profiles (through the Economist Intelligence Unit) provides an annual analysis of country history, politics, infrastructure, and economy, including trade. Provides basic data (such as population statistics, climate, language), statistics, and selected bibliography. Thirty countries are represented. Older reports or reports from other countries not listed in this database can be located in our Business Source Premier database. [more]

EIU Country Reports
EIU Country Reports (through the Economist Intelligence Unit) analyzes current trends and provides two-year forecast. Covers political and economic outlook, economic forecast, as well as analysis of key political and economic policies, including foreign trade. Includes statistics. Quarterly reports, with monthly updates for larger economies. Covers about 30 countries. Global Development Finance Online
GDF Online has external debt and financial flow data for the 136 countries that report public and publicly-guaranteed debt to the World Bank's Debtor Reporting System. The time series for 218 indicators run from 1970 to 2000, with contractual obligations data until 2010. The indicators include external debt stocks and flows, major economic aggregates, and key debt ratios as well as average terms of new commitments, currency composition of long-term debt, debt restructurings, and scheduled debt service projections. Euromonitor's Global Market Information Database (GMID) contains 1M+ demographic, economic and marketing statistics for 205 countries. The historic and forecast data enable you to analyze trends from 1977-2016 with 6 years of historical data and 5 year forecasts. Unique country rankings help you to gauge one country's position in the world relative to another. For each country, GMID covers economic data, and, lifestyle indicators such as disposable income, consumer trends, eating and drinking habits, home ownership statistics and health data. International Financial Statistics
IFS Online is published by the International Monetary Fund and is a standard source of international statistics related to finance - both domestic and international. Data is provided to help analyze international payments, rates of inflation and deflation, exchange rates, international liquidity, international banking, monetary policy, interest rates, prices, production and government and national accounts. Mergent Online
Mergent Online (formerly FIS Online) provides access to detailed corporate financial histories (including capital changes) and operational histories for international public companies. Mergent has company financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and retained earnings reports) dating back 15 years/quarters and includes financial ratios. Mergent also provides company overviews, joint venture information, property descriptions, subsidiaries, officers/directors, long-term debt, and capital stock. Customized reports on a company or multiple companies can be created and data can be downloaded into Excel. The database also includes newswire headlines and annual reports (most recent 15 years). The industry reports are updated regularly. A new addition to this database are country reports containing statistical data. [more]

STAT-USA
STAT-USA is the Internet source for business and economic information produced by the U.S. Federal Government. It gathers together in one database information from over 50 Federal agencies. Included are U.S economic data as well as the calendars for the next releases of key economic indicators, industrial and manufacturing data, consumer credit reports, exchange rates and other data collected and disseminated by the U.S. Government. Produced by the World Bank, World Development Indicators provides direct access to more than 550 development indicators, with time series for 208 countries and 18 country groups from 1960, where data are available. [more]

World Bank e-Library
The World Bank e-Library is a full-text information resource for social and economic development. It is made up of World Bank publications (books, reports and other documents) and Policy Research Working Papers. There are selected titles from the 1980s and 1990s, and all published titles are included since 2000. The collection also consists of new titles as they are published, and information not available in print. This site provides access to more than 14,000 World Bank documents, previously known as World Development Sources. "The types of documents you will find include: Country Economic & Sector Work (in-depth background, strategic priorities, and direction for lending activities); Project Documents (loan documents released to the public according to the (project cycle); and Research & Working Papers (working papers & informal series from departments around the Bank)." US Central Intelligence Agency's World Factbook provides national-level information on countries, territories, and dependencies, but not on subnational administrative units within a country or supranational entities like the European Union. [more]

WTO International Trade Statistics
The World Trade Organization's International Trade Statistics database contains interactive access to the most up-to-date WTO trade statistics, and annual publication including detailed analysis and tables (leading traders, trade by sector and product, regional trade, LDCs, etc.).
