Perform numerical analyses for any alternatives you think should be considered.  I suggest you take the questions for the case and use them as suggestions for numerical analyses.  The first question is the one you should try to answer in your conclusion.

Write a concluding paragraph that supports your recommendations.  Refer to any numerical analyses you prepared that support your conclusion.

You are given almost all the numbers you need to prepare a report for the Board of Directors.  Use the data in the case to prepare the type of report you think should go to the Board.  Be creative, but show only the data they need.  This means you must think about what information Board members need and how you should present it to them.
